This is a single family home occupied by myself and one other tenant. You’ll have access to off street parking on a private road, 1.5 bathroom shared with the other tenant, access to 1.26 acres of forested private land, and is just a 3-5 minute drive to Fitchburg state university, Downtown, and major amenities.

I work full time in the public health sector. I’m a gay male in my early 30s and I have a partner who frequently visits during the week. I’ve lived in the city for 8 years now. I’m a hiker, I cook all my meals, i workout 2-4 times a week. My other tenant is a female student in her early 20s. Former military who grew up in the area. She has been here almost a year and plans on staying for another year.
