Upper level available for one person or couple. in this charming, well kept, Victorian house. Includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom along with living room on main level. There is also garage space to park 1 car. Kitchen, laundry in basement, and backyard are shared with me and my dogs. You must love dogs, but I am at my limit so no pets please. Small quiet northern Colorado town off Hwy 85 and about 8 miles east of I-25. 15 miles from Greeley and Longmont, about 30 miles north of Denver and 26 miles from the airport. Rent includes utilities and internet. 2 rooms have beds in them, the third does not. I prefer to rent the upstairs to one person, a couple, friends, or small family. I will do long or short term rental.

It’s just me and my dogs. I am a very easy going, kind, friendly and respectful person. The hours I work vary, but there is a good chance I won’t be there when you are. I occupy a small portion of the house, a bedroom on the main floor and a living room off the kitchen. You must love dogs, they have access to the whole back yard, my part of the house, and the kitchen.
