This room is a small but efficient single located on the 3rd story of an early 20th century Victorian house.

The bathroom is shared with two of the 3 roommates. The kitchen is shared with the whole household.

All utilities but internet and electricity are covered. Internet (split 4 ways) is $50.00 a month. Electricity usually comes out to ~$40.00 per person.

There is also a lightly used twin sized mattress, box spring, and bed frame available for purchase.

I can personally vouch for the character and cleanliness of each of the roommates. I have known Ben, Kai, and Hunter since high school (and before).

They are LGBTQ+ friendly, thoughtful about the space, good at communicating, and very reasonable in general.
