The home is located in a nice neighborhood that is privately owned. The home is a litttle over 2,500 square feet, 3 beds 2 full baths and 1 half bath .The room comes fully furnished including a tv unless you choose to bring your own. There is a spacious size closet in the room. You will have to share the full size bathroom but will also have a half bath all to yourself. There is a linen closet that is already stocked with bath towels, rags, sheets, comforters etc unless you choose to bring your own. You will have your own office. Full access to the entire house. You will have your own refrigerator, cabinet space in the kitchen. You can use all of my pots, pans, utensils etc or bring your own. There is also plenty of room for storage if you have items to store. I have a big yard surrounded by nature with a huge porch and a fire pit. Included in the rent is water, internet, trash pick up and propane the only utility bill that is not included is splitting the electric.
It is me and one other male living in the home. We are both very laid back, quiet, easy to get along with and clean. I spend the majority of my time in my bedroom only coming out to clean or eat so the rest of the house does not get much use. The male tenant spends most of his time at work or working in the yard.
