Fairly close to campus, right next to stops for multiple bus routes. Ample street parking year-round. Multiple small grocery stores within walking distance and a short drive/bus ride to Meijer and Kroger. Many large nearby parks and rec spaces.

The exercise equipment in the pictures will go away before anybody moves in (unless they would like to keep them in there for their own use).
