Unless you and the other tenant make an agreement to share the spot then your rent will be the same price. There is also a pool, gym, fire pits/BBQ area that’s in the community. About the roomies

I’m Lexie, I work evenings so I am home during the day. I have a two year old cane corso, she’s super sweet and loving. She might annoy you with cuddles. If I’m not at work I’m either at the gym or at the dog park. I try to keep the home clean and tidy even with having a big dog.
