Common areas include: 2 large living rooms, one with TV and sectional. The other sectional and 4 seated table for eating or board games. Large kitchen with table seats 4 and 4 counter seats and large walk-in food pantry.

Workout room: BowFlex weights and cardio machine.

Backyard: 6 recliner chairs and fire pit.

Parking: Driveway or ample street parking.

Currently living is a mid and early 20’s professional males.

There are no pets or smoking in the home.
