About the room

First off this is an apartment, but it is a cottage so there is nobody above us or below us. We have a piece of sound being in the back and nice nature around the room is roomy and a great size. There’s a bathroom right next to the room that is a shared bathroom, but I have my own bathroom in my room so most of the time that is going to be your bathroom so I guess you can say it a private bathroom I do not mind one to two guests coming over

About the roomies

I live alone, so and I am 26 years old, I am a day trader and I own a business I am looking for females just because they are more clean and I believe it would be less issues dealing with a female, and I do respect everyone’s space as they should respect mine, and I am in my room, majority of the time
