The apartment complex is quiet and well maintained. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room and a storage room also available, if needed. Those are not located in the apartment, but on the same floor. This is a year long lease, that turns into a month to month lease. If you do have a car it needs to not be damaged or it will be towed from property.(This is not my decision it is property managements, if you would like to talk about it with someone please inform them about it)

You will have your own room. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. About 20 or so minutes from downtown.

I don’t own the apartment, I just rent it.

Hello, my name is Ahonya. I can be a bit shy sometimes. I do work quite a bit. I sleep quite a bit too. Cleaning is a natural thing for me, so is paying rent on time.

I am currently just looking for a roommate who is clean and pays rent on time. And sometimes just someone to have a chat with and maybe if we get along hangout, or something.

I am not one to live with a person who doesn’t know how to speak to another person like a human being when there is a disagreement or and issue that arises. I treat people how they treat me.
