Hi future roommate, I am renting a room in a 3,200 sq. ft home. The home is located in a quite gated community in Pittsburg. 12 miles away from the Veranda Plaza shopping center in Concord. 2 miles away from the Bart Station, downtown Pittsburg and freeway. The house faces a park, ideal if you like running or just want to sit outside to take fresh air. About the room, it is on the second floor, it has laminated floor, with two doors closet and ceiling fan. The area where the room is located is pretty much private. Roommate must be responsible, clean, respectful with others and treat the house with care. Must pay its monthly rent on time. Rent will be due every 1th day of the month. Unfortunately, NO pets. About us, the renter, we are professionals who works in the Tri Valley. We don’t smoke. We are friendly, caring and likes having the house clean. We respect people’s privacy. Our daughter is very friendly and very polite with people. She will not be a distraction.
