Nice size room, 12x12, shared bathroom, 2 sinks, with separate tub and toilet. Upstairs with laundry on same floor. Loft area to use for reading , studying, and relaxing. Nice large house, 2600sq. Full house rights, nice backyard. Only 3 people live here, incluing you, we are fairly quiet, low key, easy going. Please no drugs, or lots of guests. Very quiet Nice friendly neighborhood, with a park right around the corner. Rights to the clubhouse with Gym, Pool, jacuzzi, tennis, gameroom, etc. Small animals welcome, a cat or dog.
