I live in back triplex apartment which has access to the backyard. I have an unfurnished one bedroom available. We share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. There’s street parking. I use the garage for storage. The laundry facility is connected to the garage. I do have an alarm system; it does not have to be activated. I’m a single female in my 50’s. I own a puppy which will remain in my room. I only cook on the weekends. I work close to home so I’m able to take care of the dog. I’m pretty quiet, chill person. I do go out and socialize.
