I will be selecting a 2 BR house in Columbus to rent THIS WEEK. March 1st will be the move in date. Rent is $650/$300 deposit, $100 non-refundable. If you are interested in renting the additional room, please contact me no later than 4 pm tomorrow 2/24/26. Must have stable employment, proof of income, identification, purchase your own food, toiletries, and the room will not be furnished. No pets please. No smoking inside, please limit company to 2-3 consistent people, as I will be furnishing the place with my things, which I do not wish to go missing. You are responsible for anything your guests may take.

About the roomies

I’m a 43 year old woman with a full time job, as well as a part time position. When not at work, I am generally a homebody. I don’t drink or party. I do have an emotional support dog who is well behaved, potty trained, and extremely friendly.
