The bedroom includes your own full private bathroom and it comes with an optional queen sized bed.
The kitchen has granite countertops that gives everything a clean, updated feel.
Located in the Bellevue area just 15 minutes outside of downtown Nash and just 5 minutes from Publix, a local gym, restaurants, coffee spots, a theater and shopping. Also about 10 minutes from Percy Warner Park!

I work as a Sales Manager at Google, so I’ve got a pretty busy schedule and I’m working most the time. I’m frequently out of the house for work, business, and church.
I’m open to negotiating rent for the right person. I’ve roomed with both guys and gals and am fine with either as long as you’re responsible and don’t smoke or drink.
I have a professional cleaning service come once a week to keep common areas fresh and clean.
I don’t smoke or vape, I’m Christian, and I’m looking for someone with those values.
I’m fine with one pet but it will require a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150.
