About the room
Excuse the Valentines Day decorations, those are not permanent.
The apartment is located at Heritage at Riverwood and is leased through Burton Properties. I’m looking to fill the second bedroom in this 2 bed, 2 bath second-floor unit. It’s a quiet, safe community with very friendly neighbors. You can look up Heritage at Riverwood online to see more photos of the complex and amenities.

About the roomies
Hi! I’m currently the only roommate in the apartment and looking for one female student (Clemson, TCTC, Anderson, Southern Wesleyan University, etc.) to split rent and make things more affordable. My previous roommate received the opportunity to be an RA for Clemson University and is unable to live with me next year.
I’m a rising junior at Clemson, graduating Spring 2028. I’m majoring in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Engineering Leadership and Materials Science & Engineering. I stay pretty busy — I’m a teaching assistant for the General Engineering department at Clemson, involved in a student organization, and I lead a Bible study that meets at the Hendrix Student Center.
I really value a clean and tidy living space. I love to cook, keep things organized, and have quite a few plants around the apartment. I’m pretty easygoing about sharing kitchen items and common space things as long as they’re taken care of and my belongings are respected.
I do have allergies to cats, and dogs aren’t allowed in the complex per the leasing office.
I’d love to meet up (or FaceTime) to see if we’d be a good fit and talk more about the apartment and lease details!
