About the room
- It’s a 1st floor (though fairly elevated) apartment, with coin operated laundry in the basement.
- Great location, 5-minute walk to Central Square / Red line T station, 5-minute walk to Inman Square, ~20-minute walk to Harvard campus.
- Rent is 1,300 a month, plus utilities (which typically average out to another $100 a month), with the lease ending in July
- Ideal replacement would be someone interested in renewing the lease in August
- Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Fortunately, smoking is also not allowed.
- ASAP move-in preferred
- Furniture: Everything in the room (bed frame, mattress, 60“ desk + accompanying side table, and desk chair) I would happily leave to avoid moving it myself.
About the roomies
- I have to move out of my current apartment due to a change in circumstances, and so am looking for someone to take up my third of the lease on a 3-bedroom apartment near Central Square in Cambridge.
- The other two roommates are both male law students, and the rest of the building are primarily graduate students, so my ideal replacement would either be a grad student or 20s professional
