Sandee's room

The room is in the lower front side of the house with huge windows facing an area that can be created into an outdoor sitting area. There is a yard with patio furniture, but in the process of replacing the tent which took a hard hit from the recent ice and snow, spacious kitchen, storage space, roomie is a great cook and might share from time to time. lol Access to the laundry room is through this room. We can schedule laundry days and an additional curtain or removable wall can be put up to create more privacy. There are cameras. I can tell you where they are when you become the chosen prospect.

I have a son away at college and you would be taking his room downstairs and when he comes home he will take the additional room upstairs. I also have 2 other grown adults, one with my grandson, another is a musician…he practices when he visits. We are Christian/Spiritual and down to earth. Quiet and may have an occasional game night or cookout in the yard. Home is a place of solace. Keep it neat, keep it clean…use it, clean it, finished it/replace it, deep cleaning weekly is a must…it keeps away critters. No drama, no smoking, wine is for celebrations. No non-uplifting habits encouraged. We also have live plants and Remy the pit bull, she is 7 and puppy playful. She loves everyone…so far. lol
