It’s a big private bedroom with its own bathroom available in a South Provo apartment. It’s bright, quiet, and includes in-unit laundry, reserved parking, and the apartment has been recently refurnished. It also has a big kitchen, a big bathroom with a shower and a big bedroom closet. The area is safe and quiet, close to Smith’s and Maverik. The rent is $800 utilities included and lease runs through Sept 2026, optional furniture is available as well including (twin size bed, twin bed frame, dresser, and a desk)

Me and my roommate loved living in this quiet living space where we can create and relax. Im already moved out because I got married recently. My closest friend lives there in her own bedroom still and she’s very kind, quiet, and loves to paint.
