Hey everyone! Me and my bf are looking for a roommate preferably with a cosigner.

The complex is a couple minutes from campus, so it’s within walking distance (10-15 min walk, 3-5min drive, depending on traffic)

Rent would be $520, not including utilities and you will be sharing a bathroom with my bf but he usually uses mine so you won’t really have to worry about him using it too much. A washer and dryer will also be in the unit.

Water, sewage and garbage is $30 which we split $10 each, pg&e varies month by month depending on how much electricity is used which is also split between all of us and then the Wi-Fi is split $20 each.

The deposit will be $500 which we will split up between us as well and you will also have to pay an app fee of $35 when applying! (This applies to cosigner app as well)

We plan on moving in sometime early July, which is when the lease would start.

We are also LGBTQ+, alc, and 420 friendly! We are also looking for someone who is okay with cats (as I do have one) with no additional pets, clean, and considerate. We also don’t have a preference in gender so anyone is welcome!

My name is Anisah but everyone calls me Neesa. I am 25 and currently a senior at Chico State, majoring in animal science (pre-vet). I am fairly quiet but once comfortable I am much more outspoken. I also don’t go out much and am very much a homebody, but I do enjoy going out with others.
