Walkability is phenomenal. The condo is a in Southside, so it’s convenient to anywhere in the city; UTC, Northshore, Downtown, Highland Park, etc. Many restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

I am a marketing professional and stay physically active. I am into weight lifting, swimming, and group fitness. I am living solo, with no pets or significant other. Meal prep and cooking is something I enjoy and occasional glass of wine is nice. Otherwise, no smoking, parties, or other drugs. I am social, but do most of my socializing outside of the home.
