Primary bedroom with private bath available in a 4bed, 2bath single-story home on a spacious lot in Escondido! Prefer female, currently three female professionals renting.
Each bedroom is rented individually, the available primary has a private bathroom and share all other spaces in the home: living room, dining room, front and back patio. None of the rooms share walls, which is a nice feature for privacy! On/off street parking available, tenants to work that out amongst themselves. Utilities are split between renters, to include: gas, water, electric, internet, shared products (paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry soap), monthly maid service for shared spaces. Average utilities per person over the last 12-months were around $200/month. Utilities are in the name of one of the renters, due to them monthly.
