One room to share with 2 more male students or professional working gentlemen in the same room., we have bunk beds. 2 blocks walking distance from Burbank downtown and restaurants, mall, theaters, gyms, mall, theaters and much more, also 10 minutes from big film studios. Very quite and safe building next to a police department and in a very nice, trendy and beautiful neighborhood.

We are very clean, honest, mature, hard working, no drama men between 19 and to 50 years old. Most of us work in the entertainment industry but we also accept people from other fields. We are not drinking, smoking, in drugs, trouble maker people at all. Most of the time we are out working or going to school.We check criminal record on every applicant.
