Area: Walk to almost anywhere or everywhere in and around the Easthampton center. Bagels, coffee, East Works, fine dining, The Pond, ramen, bookstore, grocery store, bike path ALL within walking distance of the apartment. A FABULOUS location to stay busy or not.

I am an independent (usually), 33 year old, a tad ADD, (thanks mom and dad), fully capable compassionate, friendly, kind and thoughtful person. (F). I work as a Sous Chef for Servicenet of Northampton, at The Rooster Cafe, in their Admin Offices, on Olander Drive, in Northampton.
I `really enjoy my work there as my Supervisor and friend, patient and kind associates and customers, are the best. Shared respect, consideration of each others needs and boundaries are paramount and prevail there. Minimal drama, you have to have a little. I am very interested in art, drawing, sketching and coloring, where I can improve my focus, get my relax time and be as creative as I feel and desire. I am a simple person and am also very interested in reading, writing, listening to quiet music and friendly camaraderie is welcome, however, I am very independent and generally do my own thing. I do have BHN support staff personnel who assist me in bill paying, prepping and cooking meals, grocery shopping and having occasional board games. I don’t drive but my employer, Servicenet, provides my transportation to and from work and an occasional doctor appointment. I have recently obtained a PVTA Transit Pass, that includes guest benefits. I haven’t utilized or been able to cross that bridge yet, but working on it. I am looking for a empathetic, friendly, kind, honest, genuine, helpful and no-drama room mate to share quiet enjoyment in this wonderful, warm and cozy apartment and area. And quite honestly, it has been a little to much for me lately, to maintain and handle on my own.

Older male or female looking for long term housing as my room mate would be preferred.

OTHER PEOPLE LIVING ON THE PROPERTY: One quiet older gentleman is in each of the 2nd floor apartments. One has been there 14 years and the other is a new bee, only 6 years and both veterans. I seldom see or hear from them. There is a quiet married couple in the adjacent apartment from mine or ours to be. They have been here over 45 years. I have been here 5 years with my BFF room mate who recently left to go home to be with family as she was very homesick.
