I have one bedroom available in a 2-bed unit at Evergreen Apartments. Ground floor unit (easy move-in), shared bathroom and kitchen. Laundry is off-site but very close (within the complex). There’s a guest parking lot as well as a tenant lot. There are garages (for an extra $30/mo), but I don’t know if any are available right now. I keep the apartment’s common areas clean and quiet. The lease ends July 2027, and roommates can be swapped at any time (as long as all people involved agree).

I’m a clean, non-smoking, non-student male. When I’m not at work, I’m usually in my room reading, coding, or playing guitar. Full disclosure, I do talk to myself a lot, so the apartment is often not silent. The complex overall is generally quiet, AFAIK loud parties are banned.
