About the roomies
My name is Madison and I’m moving out, so I need to find a sublet to take my room and live with my current roommate, Alex. Our rent is $1,200 plus utilities but I’m desperate so willing to list for $1,000 with everything included (wifi, Tevo, AC, gas, water, etc.). We live at the Camden Belmont if you want to google pictures, or I can send you some. Alex (my roommate) is 23, works in finance and likes to watch sports. I’m willing to move out (and let you in) as soon as you need, if you’re the right fit. Our lease goes until June 21, so that would be the last day you can stay. The living room is furnished with two big couches and a TV. Kitchen is newly updated and you’ll have a private bathroom, private bed room, walk in closet, pool, free gym access and a balcony.
