The property is owned by the landlord and she lives in the main house. The units are on east and westside of the building and does not shares spaces. All units has there own entrance and own parking spaces. There is a cleaning fee of $75 which is required for the duration of your lease. A security deposit of $275 is required and is refundable if the place is left in the place is left in good condition these are paid when you’re checking in. After checking in and you decide to leave after two days you will be charge for those two days. The premises is cat friendly and comes with a of $35 cat rent fee which is paid monthly and a $300 cat fee (Non-Refundable) for the duration of your lease.

There is only one roomie who lives on the east side of the building. That person doesn’t share nothing. They are living on the east side of the building and don’t share your entrance. The owner is the only one who uses the entrance to check on the premises and have the lawn mowed. I have my own entrance also.
