The photos are from when the townhouse was built. I am looking for 1 person to rent to. It is just me in the house. The property is a four bedroom 2 1/2 bath. Two of the rooms have walk-in closets I will be in the master bedroom. The other room has a normal closet. There is a garage however, I am transforming that into a home gym overtime. I have one cat in the house is only allowed to have two animals however, the cat is my emotional support animals. If you have one there is a deposit for a pet plus a monthly pet fee of $50 per month. If you have a pet, the pet needs to be cat friendly as I have a cat. And it’s house trained. And the pet will need to be approved by my landlord, especially if you are looking to stay a month longer and would like to be added to the lease, which is a year lease. We can do a month-to-month option or if you plan on staying for a year I can add you to the lease. Right now the room is not furnished. If you need furnished, I can furnish it.We just have to go through my landlord for that which will require a background check from them. I will also be doing one as I work for the state and work in law-enforcement, so I will not accept anybody who do drugs of any kind or if you have a felony or misdemeanor, I am very professional and hard-working. I do go out from time to time with some friends or coworkers. Sometimes I will have them at the house for having little get-togethers or like a game night. I do not throw crazy parties and I expect the roommates will not either. I am OK with drinking as long as you don’t get out of hand I also keep a clean house so you will be expected to clean up after yourself, including dishes and cleaning up after yourself. My hobbies include hiking going to the gym. I am very into lifting weights doing cardio, I also do roller derby and martial arts so I try to stay very busy. I enjoy going and exploring different breweries and wineries. I don’t go clubbing. I am also prior military so if you are, that is great if you are in college, that is fine as well I would prefer someone who is in the military, graduate school, any form of law-enforcement, medical field, or any type of professional field in general. I LGBT friendly. I also just moved down here in October so I am looking to connect with others. Please be very honest and can communicate.
