This is a private bedroom with an optional private entrance in a cute (but cozy!) home located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to forest land, trails, restaurants, breweries, and shopping.

Details: $1,500/month (all bills paid). Fully furnished room (optional unfurnished). Lots of storage space. All utilities included (electric, trash, water, internet, etc). Only a 30 day notice needed. Month-to-month lease starting May 1, 2026. Private bathroom. Private entrance. Parking. Large shared kitchen with everything you need including coffee maker, pots/pans, blender, crock pot, as well as decent sized cabinets and fridge. Two shared living room spaces. Gas fireplace in one shared space. Spacious backyard with garden beds, fire pit, and grill. Front and back porch seating areas.

Dogs allowed if they get along with my sweet, large German Shepherd dog.

One male active work-from-home professional, travels often, and avid biker. Hoping to share the house with someone who is dog friendly, respectful, and clean.

Allison and the other roommate are the owners of this house and will be actively remodeling as needed.
