Furnished room in quiet country home in South Lafayette. Washer/dryer in home. House is a 3bd/2ba, large fenced yard. Utilities will be split (about $95 each unless you use a lot of electricity). Extra storage available. NO smokers! Dog is ok if they get along with mine and are quiet/nondestructive. Pet rent $30/mo.
You are welcome to have a small garden. Overnight guests are limited to one night due to tenants privacy. House is located on a quiet dead end road, very low crime area. No charge for WiFi, water, and trash in exchange for helping out with household tasks (like sweeping the wraparound porch, taking out the trash cans, etc)
