UNFURNISHED room in quiet country home in South Lafayette. (Photo was the furnished room which has been rented- I will add the unfurnished room photos asap). Washer/dryer in home. House is a 3bd/2ba, large fenced yard. Utilities will be split (about $90 unless you use a lot of electricity). Extra storage available. NO smokers! Dog is ok if they get along with mine, are quiet/nondestructive. Pet rent $30/mo.
You are welcome to have a small garden. Overnight guests are limited to one night due to tenants privacy. House is located on a quiet dead end road, very low crime area.
