4bd/2ba pool home near Fort Clarke Blvd (bus 23) - utilities included. Offering 1 or 2 bedrooms and a hallway-accessible bathroom. Kitchen has upgraded appliances.
Ideally looking for a roommate who prefers a furnished room or set of rooms (arrangement is negotiable). Newly graduated, separated, or divorced might be a good fit.
The house is fully furnished; I can empty the rented room(s) if needed. Note that Fort Clarke Middle and Hidden Oak Elementary school are within walking distance. Rent includes • electricity • water • high speed internet • housekeeping service (1x/month) • indoor pest control (1x/month) • outdoor pest control (6x/year) • pool cleaning service (1x/week) • yard maintenance (2x/month) • curbside trash/recycling (1x/week), and • furnishing if desired (queen size bed in both rooms, one of the beds is on an adjustable bedframe, nice for watching tv or studying)
Move in date depends on whether you want the rooms furnished or not.
Considerations: I have two indoor cats and an in-ground pool. Prefer no additional pets, but maybe we can make it work depending on your pet. I have an extra fridge in the garage and two spots to hang bicycles.
About the roomies
Engineering manager; I frequently work from home and I would prefer someone who is biased toward introversion. I have an 18 y/o son who lives with his mother, but he sometimes visits.
