Asking for Security deposit of $700, Furnished room rents at $775 a month for one person only, no couples. Utilities are included in the rent. Brand new development, quiet and secure. Students, professionals, etc… anyone is welcome . Sorry no pets no drugs nor smoking allowed. Month to month lease maximum stay 6months or otherwise.
