3 bed/2 bath home on 1 acre of land on private drive. On the north side of the house is a bedroom with a king Sleep Number bed, a 2nd room for office or sitting room and a private bath. My room is on the south side of the house so provides plenty of privacy. I currently smoke 3-4 cigarettes a day in my bedroom but working on smoking in the garage instead in house so it wouldn’t be a problem not to smoke in the house. I do have a toy poodle. Great neighbors (not too close but here if needed), quiet and beautiful location close to TC. I’m widowed.

I live alone with dog. 70 year old widow seeking some extra income. I prefer $1000/mo that would include electric, propane, trash remove, internet, cable TV, lawn care, snow plowing. There are 2 steps to get into the ranch home but it is accessible inside for wheelchair or walker. I plan to put in a ramp later this year.
