About the room
I live in housing and have a spare bedroom in downtown Woodinville. I’m disabled and in need of a live-in aid. You will not get compensated for being my live-in aid; hence the very low rent requirement. The only thing you need to pay for is your own food and the monthly $150 that will be going into the light bill.
*IMPORTANT RULES
- No pets welcomed. I am allergic to all pets. I do own 2 hypoallergenic dogs: a multi-poo and a Cavapoo but will not be taking anyone with a pet.
- Household chores. I will also be requiring (as my live-in aid) that you do basic household chores. Example: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, lifting heavy things (if I need it lifted), mowing (a very small yard), and obviously, cleaning up after yourself.
- No smoking anything (again, this is housing; it is a part of my lease so it will not be tolerated).
- No children. I am only asking for a solo roommate (male or female, any age).
- No visitors.
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm-7am per my lease. But would obviously prefer if you could respect when I’m sleeping as well.
- Rent ($150) will need to be paid on the 1st of every month.
- Groceries: you will need to purchase your own. Shared kitchen.
If you have agreed to the above rules and would still like to be considered, you will need to fill out a separate housing application. The room comes with a bed, a dresser, and a sitting bench that lifts and has a storage compartment underneath. If you have your own furniture, I can get rid of the ones I currently have once application has been approved.
About the roomies
My name is Heather. I’m 52 and an empty nester. I have 6 grown children and 11 grandchildren all of which I rarely ever see. I like plants and spend a lot of time with my dogs. I’m very chill and laid back as long as all the rules are being followed. Just need some help here and there.
