This cute little bedroom is in a house located in the Bivins neighborhood. Your cozy space is furnished with a comfy bed and security blinds. You will have your own little bathroom with a shower. The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around and is pedestrian friendly. We are 7 minutes to downtown and a quick drive to I-40. 10ish minute drive to the hospital district (Northwest, Baptist St. Anthony’s, Texas Tech Medical Center.)

The home is quiet and non-smoking. Private Entrance, Shared Kitchen and Laundry. Possibly shared living room.

Myself, I am a single female with two adorable English Springer Spaniels. We are pretty quiet, and happy. My littles are indoor dogs and I will close off the house so that they do not bother you. We are clean, considerate, and friendly.
