Bedroom for rent in 3 bedroom house in the very walk able and yet relatively quiet Williams neighborhood. Room is in the basement with it’s own backyard entrance, the other two bedrooms are two stories away on the top floor of the house. We’re both pretty quiet and chill guys, though we keep odd hours due to our jobs. Room has it’s own bathroom, though it’s also the main floor guest bathroom. So, private shower and largely yours, but it does get used by others. Access to garage for some storage, or for bikes and motorcycles, not enough room for a car though due to me and current roommate having motos in there as well.

Small pets welcome, but do know their is already a very sweet cat in the house named peter. Room available now with prorated rent for the month and a $200 cleaning deposit. Do be aware that the lease is due to be renewed in a month and the landlord may raise the rent as much as 10%, no way to now how much till it happens.

Tend to keep to ourselves when at home, though we both like to cook sometimes, and will chill in the living room to watch tv or work on hobbies. Have occasional guests, but not really any parties. Mostly cause it’s not a great house for a big party tbh.
