Very quiet area, many of our neighbors are seniors who keep to themselves. Plenty of closet space in room as well as a full bathroom with a large closet as well. The bathroom on a day to day isn’t shared but should be ready for guests when applicable

The unit is a three bedroom with no intention of renting out the third room, it’s an office space and a shared area. I’m pretty relaxed, I don’t have people over often. I’m an avid gym goer and really into hiking and nature. I cook supper often and the kitchen reflects that being fully furnished.
