You will have the Master room of the house. Private bathroom. There is also a smaller room 10x10 if you’d prefer that for $600 a month and you would share a bathroom. Your room is emptied, but has a dresser still in there if wanting to use. And have a spare bed if needed. Living room is furnished nicely with leather couches and dining table and tv. Backyard has a gazebo. Garage can store items. I the homeowner will come check and keep everything good clean and in working condition.

You will have other nice young roommates that I am familiar with, and are trustworthy. They have lived there for awhile.
