You’ll have access to the common areas as well with kitchen and laundry included. Rent includes, electric, water, trash, and internet. Unfortunately no pets allowed as per landlord, not to mention, I’m severely allergic to pet dander and hair.

I am a 62 year old mother of 4 grown daughters and 12 grandchildren. I am on disability for a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis for 26 years. Just looking for a responsible person to share expenses with as my roommate of 4 years has decided to move out suddenly.
