Please note: your bedroom will need furnishing - the furnished photos are from the apartment website to give you an idea of the space! You’d get a private, unfurnished bedroom, your own full bathroom (with a tub!), and a walk-in closet all to yourself. *Females only! Prefer inquiries ages 23-40.

I’ve lived here for the last two years and honestly love this place! The location is super convenient - the complex sits right behind The Lab, across from The Camp, and just a few minutes from Metro Pointe and South Coast Plaza. There are tons of food spots, grocery stores, gas stations, and little conveniences nearby, most within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and the complex is really well-kept, with clean walkways and lots of greenery. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the second floor with a balcony off the living room. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The complex also has several laundry rooms, small gyms, and two pools - the closest one has a jacuzzi.

Hi! I’m a 30yo female, working full time and usually in the office Tuesday–Thursday from 8am–4:30pm. I’m hoping to find not just a roommate, but someone I can also be friendly and comfortable with. Please note there is also one cat living here — she is so sweet. She pretty much sleeps all day.

Enjoy the occasional night out with my girlfriends, shopping days, and church on Sundays volunteering. 😊 Full month’s rent will be due at move-in (utilities are separate from the listed rent). Bills pricing varies month to month, but expect anywhere between $130-$230.
