Near base, great safe neighborhood. This is a trailer with yard and like 3 parking spaces. 2 storage units on side of trailer and even under trailer.
Both rooms are the same size. There is a washer and dryer but one of the bedrooms has a private half bathroom. Lot fees are like $1000 and includes water you pay to trailer park, rent is $400 to me and you pay your own srp and cox so 600 one person and $700 the one with bathroom and then split Cox and srp (do on your own) only $500 deposit each. Or one person pays $1300 for whole place. You must qualify with trailer park. Not sure requirements but call Hacienda del sol trailer.
No roomies yet but I’ve never been a landlord. I cant sell it so im gonna rent it. I have no money and im a single mom so I dont have money to fix anything or change anything. It is as is. Everything works. A few floor boards don’t match but we used rugs. Everyrhing else is good.
