Cozy 2bed/1 bath apartment. On the second floor so it has a private patio deck. Complex is relatively nice and quiet, has a dog park, gym and 2 pools. Lots of stores and good food spots nearby aswell. If you have pets, it’s a 2 pet limit with a deposit of 300$ and an additional $25 monthly pet rent added to regular rent.
About the roomies
I will be moving and am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. My roommate will be staying. He is easy going and relatively easy to get along with, mainly stays in his room so you’ll have run of the rest of the apartment. Apartment was furnished by me but I will be taking my belongings during my move. So youre welcome to furnish the apartment as you want.
