I have 3 rooms available for renting.

I currently reside in the master bedroom with a cat and looking for cleanly, queer friendly renters!

I myself am 24 active in the queer community and currently work full time.

One of the bedrooms has a sink in it for some reason.

There is 2 bathrooms however one is part of the master bedroom that I’m situated in. But is still usable if need be.

It’s 1200 per month (including utilities.) with a month to month lease however I would appreciate long term renters!

Deposit is same as rent.

There is plenty of parking and a sizable back yard that is fenced in.

The backyard also has a large deck with lounging furniture, an in deck hot tub that is maintained by me, and a firepit

Also the garage can be used for storage purposes.

Home is right off freeway entrance and is close to downtown.

Animals might be okay but inquire first.

House is furnished except for the rooms. Washer and dryer are located in the garage and kitchen has a dishwasher. Text me if interested
