Looking for a responsible, clean, and quiet roommate to share a beautiful, modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Camden Harbor View. I chose the unit specifically for its curated amenities and accessibility. You will have your own private bedroom, walk-in closet, and a dedicated bathroom. Apartment Highlights: • In-Unit Laundry: Modern washer and dryer included in their own utility room attached to the kitchen. • Full Kitchen: High-end finishes and plenty of storage. • Accessibility: Easy walkability to the Pike, waterfront, aquarium, shops, and restaurants. Our apartment is also ideally located with access to the on-site gym and resident lounge literally 10-15 steps from our front door, super quick and easy access to one of the two pools, and just a 2-3 minute walk from the dog park and ‘Resident Hub’ with wifi, printer, conference room, etc.

The second bedroom is currently occupied and is not yet pictured, but I am happy to schedule a tour of the common spaces and provide a video walkthrough of the layout upon request. I’m a quiet work-from-home professional currently focusing on a medical recovery from a spinal injury. Because of this, my goal is to maintain a clean, peaceful, and low-stress household. I have a well-behaved support dog (8 y/o Australian shepherd) who is sweet and calm, as long as you aren’t an intruder.

The Ideal Roommate: I’m looking for someone who is financially reliable, values a tidy living environment, and respects a quiet atmosphere. Mostly, I just care about rent being paid on time, clear and kind communication, and making sure all of our shared appliances are clean and usable.

I pretty much live in my headphones, but the walls here can be a little thin, so I would appreciate a roommate who also utilizes their headphones if they’re going to listen to loud music or take a long call or FaceTime in the common area.

No smokers and must be dog-friendly. I’m totally cool if you also have a dog, as long as they are well cared for and get along with mine :).

I’m open to a roommate who also works from home, as long as there is a mutual respect and understanding that calls, meetings, etc. should be taken in our bedrooms.
