About the room

Hi everyone!

I will be graduating at the end of May, and I’m looking for someone to replace my spot in the master bedroom of a 3 br/1.5 bath apartment. Rent is by month, so you can stay as short or as long as you want (perfect for a summer internship)!

Rent is split up between everyone who lives there based on room size, so it will be $750 per month, with around ~15-30 per month for utilities (just AC basically, everything else is covered by the apartment complex). We have free in-unit laundry and window AC units in every room, and the apartment is quite spacious overall!

It’s just a 7 minute walk away from both the Orange Line and the Green Line, and within walking distance of Northeastern University, Wentworth, and Longwood Medical Area. (And also more fun stuff like the MFA and the Isabella Gardner Stewart Museum. :))

I’m not including a ton of pictures here just for privacy reasons, but I’m happy to send more pictures/videos via DM or schedule a virtual or in-person tour.
