Terms:

Master bedroom: $1,250.00 First and last month’s pay expected upfront. Month to Month.

About the room:

• Medium sized bedroom with plenty of space for a twin or full size bed, desk, with large closet. Includes private ensuite bathroom with full shower and bath tub. Private entrance for access without having to cut through the house. Can include bed and desk in photos for additional price. ($100)

Common areas:

Kitchen (newly renovated) with stainless steel appliances. Dining room with ample natural lighting. Living room with large flatscreen TV, and sectional.

Amenities & Utilities:

• Great food choices within 10 minutes (Cane’s, In-N-Out, fast food) and great restaurants in the area (Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Mexican).
• Quick commute to DTLA/Central LA and to Orange County (both 15-30 minutes depending on traffic).

The house currently has an older, quiet duo in a guest suite with their own kitchen and common areas. I live on the property in a private bedroom with my own bathroom. I’m a musician in my 30’s and typically work from home.
