Rooms has expensive carpets, so leave out door shoes by front door, and have an indoor par to slip into. Neigborhood is very safe, we had no problems! Roads are nice and wide. You can walk to Streets of Brentwood , and plaza on the other side, has Rayles , Ross, TJ Max etc. Clean and quiet , neigbor hood. I have an extra room beside bedroom, you can make into a small living room. That will be $ 500,- more a month. Total $ 2000,- Deposit $ 2000,- Month to month lease.

Just me 63 , quite no drinking or drugs , no pot, no parties. I like to keep it that way.
