Hello, my roomate (18F) and I (23F) are looking for a third roomate to take over our last roomates room. We live in a townhouse with 3 bedrooms total, 2 upstairs one downstairs ( the one downstairs would be yours). You would also have your own bathroom right next to the room. Utilities are fairly cheap we pay wifi, electricity and gas and thats usually $50-$80 per person at the most. The apartment complex does have a pool and a small gym and its pretty conveniently located off of fairview.

About the roomies

We’re clean and usually work during the day so its pretty quiet throughout the day. We do like to have company over from time to time but try to keep the noise level reasonable. We’re pretty easygoing people but would love to connect with our new roomate! We’re also not opposed to pets if you have them we’djust have to get that worked out with the office.
