Looking for a roomate to share Fabulous SFR in East Boca with plenty of parking, huge swimming pool, large fenced in backyard. No smokers, drinkers or parties. I have two loving dogs. Use of washer, dryer and kitchen. Downtown Boca is only 10 minutes away. Must work outside the home.
About the roomies
I work from home as a writer. I use 2 adjoining bedrooms for sleeping and office. The roommate’s room is on opposite side of house with lots of windows, 2 closets, new private bath with great shower. There is a shed with storage availability in the backyard. Pool is huge with multiple outdoor seating areas. Super safe and quiet neighborhood ten minutes to downtown Boca Raton. 5 minutes to I-95.
