Room for rent in a townhouse style, two bedroom, two-story condo. Room is locatdd on second floor and carpeted, with large storm impact window overlooking the parking lot.
Property is close to Chase Stadium and the Inter-Miami Soccer Complex; adjacent to the FXE Executive Airport.
Short-Term Rental. 1-3 months. Might be open to weekly, the rate would be slightly increased.
Laundry room, washer, dryer usage are included. No restrictions on hours or amount, within reason. Though usage is shared with the homeowner.
Home will be for sale and roomate must be flexible with providing access to show the room, sometimes on short notice.
Parking is available, either on the official unit spot directly in front of the unit, or in one of the regular guest parking spots, which are almost always available directly in front of the unit, and with there never being a shortage of spots in the complex.
About the roomies
Home is occupied by one other, the homeowner, that being me. I am a gay guy.
