Rent includes utilities and internet. I live in a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom house and am looking to rent the middle bedroom (11 X 11- 121 sq feet). With access to the hall bathroom. Noone else would use the bathroom but you.
The room is furnished with a queen bed w/headboard, small side table, lamp and white wall shelves. Custom closet with shelves for clothing, shoes, plenty of storage. No need for a dresser.
Available now Rent period: month to month no smoking No kids, no pets, no visitors.

I am a 40+ Christian and have my one special needs daughter who lives with me. She is 20 years old, she will use my bathroom. We have one small dog, weighs 6lbs. We are active in our community and appreciate having a peaceful household. We love traveling and enjoy hosting game nights once a month.
